Michigan State Senate: Of the 38 members in the Michigan Senate, 25 are anti-choice (21-R, 4-D) and 13 are pro-choice (13-D). Michigan State House of Representatives: Of the 110 members in the Michigan House, 69 are anti-choice (52-R, 17-D) and 37 are pro-choice (37-D).
